According to an article by Military.com, Navy leaders failed to address safety concerns brought up by sailors' claiming a sexually explicit list that targeted female crew members of the King's Bay, Georgia based guided-missile submarine Florida's Gold crew. In a 74 page report obtained by a Freedom Of Information Act request, investigators found "lewd and sexist comments and jokes were tolerated, and trust up and down the chain of command was nonexistent."
