The administrator in the lawsuit Coleman v Glynn County has compiled of the list of people who are entitled to refunds of property taxes paid regarding the overtaxing of properties in the case regarding the Scarlett-Williams Law. The spreadsheet is divided into two classes: those whose addresses are still known and who still own the property; and those whose addresses are unknown and who no longer own the property in question.
