Coastal Pines Announces Hospitality Program

 Coastal Pines Technical College has recently announced a new pilot program focusing on the hospitality industry. This new program was developed in partnership with the Sea Island Company that is consistently awarded the prestigious Forbe's Five-Star rating for providing only the pinnacle of excellence in resort services.   Scholarships will be awarded to a competitive selection of 12 participants who are committed to this excellence and a long-term career in the hospitality industry.

 Training comprises an introduction to the full scope of business operations and the skills necessary for providing guests with the most positive experience that they expect and deserve. Participants who successfully complete the Hospitality Academy are guaranteed interviews with Sea Island Company.

Dress the part (have everything you need to do a great job)

Qualifications

To qualify, you must be 18 years or older, meet the minimum employment qualifications and be committed to attending all classes and completing the program

 

The application Deadline is Sunday, April 2, 2017. To apply, submit your resume and cover letter to HospitalityAcademy@CoastalPines.Edu. If selected for an interview, you will be contacted via phone and email to schedule a day/time. (Please be sure that you provide a valid phone number with voice-mail activated for communication purposes.)From the interviews, 12 participants will be selected and contacted via phone and email to complete an online registration form. A drug screen and background check may be required prior to admission into the academy.
