According to a press release from the Glynn County Police Department, 30 year old Daniel Lee Gilliam was shot and killed Wednesday evening (04/12/17). The incident took place outside of a mobile home at 137 Simon Drive, off of U.S. 341 in Brunswick just south of 303.
A 911 call was placed reporting the the shooting around 8:47P.M. by a neighbor. Gilliam was found with a Single shot low caliber gunshot wound to the chest. CPR was initiated and the victim was taken by ambulance to Southeast Georgia Health System's Brunswick hospital campus, where he was pronounced dead.
