6 Major Hurricanes Predicted In 2019 Season According To New Report

According to a new report by the Colorado State University Tropical Meteorology six major hurricanes are predicted to develop during the remained of the 2019 season. CSU defines major hurricanes as categories 3,4 and 5. They are predicting an additional 13 names storms to develop. The CSU report also forecasts a 54 percent chance of a hurricane making landfall on the eastern United States coastline. The peak of hurricane season usually runs between August and October.
