On 15 November, 2019, the McIntosh County Office of the Sheriff, the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office and the Long County Sheriff’s Office concluded a lengthy narcotics conspiracy investigation off of Bryant Road in northern McIntosh County. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Michael Curry and his mother Diana Renee Curry.
The “no-knock” search warrant was conducted by the Multi-Jurisdictional Special Response Team composed of the McIntosh, Liberty, and Long County Sheriff’s Offices.
Sheriff Stephen Jessup, Sheriff Steve Sikes, and Sheriff Craig Nobles are unified in their commitment to eliminate the scourge of illegal drugs in our communities with the goal to protect the standard of living for all our citizens.
Michael and Diana Curry are currently being held in the McIntosh County Detention Center.
Michael Curry’s charges are as follows:
1. Sale of Crack Cocaine 2 cts.
2. Conspiracy to Distribute Crack Cocaine
3. Possession of Crack Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute
Diana Renee Curry’s charges are as follows:
1. Sale of Crack Cocaine, 2 cts.
2. Conspiracy to Distribute Crack Cocaine
