The McIntosh County Fire and Rescue Team located on Tuesday (2/18/20) the body of Robert Allen Giroux in the Darien River near May Hall Island. Giroux a 27 year old resident of Jacksonville, Florida was thrown from his motorcycle into the Darien River in McIntosh County on the I-95 Darien River Bridge after rammed the vehicle into the railing of the bridge on the evening of Tuesday, February 11, while fleeing from McIntosh County Sheriff’s deputies.
