Expect delays in South Carolina on I-95 south bound near Exit 68/St. George. It was reported to me that traffic was moving, but slow, around 45 mph. I-26 from Columbia near the I-95 split flowing without delay.
The closer you get to the Georgia line, the longer the wait. Be sure to monitor your fuel situation. It is advisable to travel at a later date or use alternative routes if you can.
